Refund policy

I have a no return policy, this means you won’t be able to return the product or products unless they’re damaged or is a different product from the one you ordered.

Damages and issues

I encourage you to inspect the products as soon as you receive them and contact me with a photo or video of the product. You have 10 days, from the moment you received the package to make any claims or ask for a return. We can review the damage and the options to make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. Please email me for any questions.

Refunds

Order cancellations are only accepted within 72 hours of your order being placed.

I will inform you when the refund is done but I’m asking you for patience since banks can take several days to process the money back into your account. Any doubts please contact me by email.
